At the Lee Veterinary Clinic it is our mission to provide the highest quality medical care to our cat, dog, and horse patients in a caring environment and offer the best treatment options available. We strive to create an environment where clients feel appreciated and comfortable. We look forward to building a relationship with you and your pet! 

The staff considers our clients to be friends as well as customers and we value their continued trust and goodwill. Courtesy and patience with clients and their pets are our priorities. We want clients to feel that we are genuinely concerned and interested in the well being of their pet.

  • Dr. Sarah Lee

    Full Time DVM

    Dr. Sarah Lee is a native of Felton, Minnesota and is the owner of the clinic.  She is a graduate of the Veterinary School at the University of Minnesota in St. Paul. Dr. Lee has several years of veterinary experience at the Casselton Veterinary Clinic and the Red River Animal Emergency Clinic in Fargo.

  • Dr. Kathleen Barrett

    Full Time DVM

    Raised in East Grand Forks, Dr. Kathleen Barrett has held almost every possible position in a clinic setting. She graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine University of Minnesota, and has a special interest in Behavior, Dentistry, and Endocrinology.   She lives in Detroit Lakes with her husband, daughter and menagerie of pets.

  • Dr. Lisa Ohman

    Full Time DVM

    Dr. Lisa Ohman is from South St. Paul, MN and graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine University of Minnesota. She currently lives in Lake Park, MN with her husband, two daughters, and many pets. At work, her special interests include ultrasound, surgery, and dentistry. In her free time she enjoys crocheting, crafts, reading, fishing, and most outdoor activities. 
  • Chad Lee

    Equine Dentistry

    When he's not fixing something or driving his bobcat around the building, you can expect to find Chad in the horse bay explaining everything you need to know about your horse's mouth. Chad attended World Wide Equine in Glens Ferry, Idaho where he earned his certification to practice equine dentistry and has worked with horses all around the country.

    Practice Manager

    Liz is a Colorado native and relocated to the Hawley area in 2008 where she lives with her husband and three dogs. At work she enjoys being involved in all aspects of making the Lee Veterinary Clinic a great place to work and bring your pet. Outside of work she enjoys outdoors activities and spending time with family and friends. 
  • Mollie

    Head Veterinary Technician

    Mollie graduated from the Minnesota School of Business in December of 2010. At work she especially enjoys assisting with dental procedures, behavior cases, and working with large animals. Away from work she likes to be outdoors, go shopping, and spend time with family and friends. 

  • Jess

    Licensed Veterinary Technician

    Jess graduated from the Minnesota School of Business in September of 2014. She enjoys doing lab work and monitoring patients while they are under anesthesia. In her free time she likes to camping and fishing. Jess has two dogs and two cats of her own.

  • Miranda

    Veterinary Technician

    Miranda graduated from Globe University in 2016. At work she loves helping with puppy and kitten visits and also enjoys monitoring surgeries. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephew, going hunting and fishing with her boyfriend, and playing with her two dogs.          

  • Molly

    Licensed Veterinary Technician

    Molly graduated from NDSU in 2016 and currently lives in Hawley with her husband, their daughter Marley, and their three cats and chickens. Molly's favorite part of her job is getting to know all of our clients that bring pets into the clinic. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and visiting her three sisters in the Twin Cities.

    Licensed Veterinary Technician
    Jessica is originally from Clovis, California and graduated from NDSU in December of 2016. She is recently married and has a shiba inu named Indie and a cat named JoJo. At work she enjoys educating clients about their pets and working in the lab. Her hobbies include painting, enjoying the outdoors, and traveling.  
  • Ariana

    Veterinary Technician 
    Ariana graduated from the Veterinary Technology Program at NDSU in 2017 and currently lives in Moorhead, MN with her two dogs and fiance. Her favorite part of working at the Lee Veterinary Clinic is building a relationship with all of our clients and patients. In her free time, Ariana enjoys traveling and being outdoors. 
  • Katie

    Veterinary Technician 

    Katie graduated from Globe University in 2017 and has one cat, two dogs, and one horse of her own. At work she enjoys doing lab work, radiology, and working with large animals. In her free time she enjoys attending class car shows, livestock shows, coking and baking with her husband, and visiting her family in Wisconsin. 
  • Kayleigh


    Kayleigh was raised in the FM area and is the oldest of 4 siblings. She attended the College of Visual Arts in Downtown St. Paul and is living out her love for animals by working at the clinic. Away from work she loves going to the lakes, watching baseball, and being with friends and family.

  • Tasia


    Tasia was born and raised in the Lake Park/Ulen area. While at work she enjoys interacting with all of the pets and learning all of the new things that go along with being a receptionist - we learn something new every day! Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her American Bulldog, Tessa.  

  • Kenzie


    Kenzie was raised in Twin Valley as the youngest sibling. In all of her pictures from her youth you will find her holding a dog or a cat. She now lives in Hawley with her husband and all 5 of her furbabies. Her favorite part of working at Lee Vet Clinic is interacting with all the clients and their animals. While she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her pets, family, and friends.
